The Regulatory Compliance Specialist II manages regulatory compliance issues and interprets new regulations affecting upstream energy operations. The Specialist collaborates with Operations Managers and may oversee compliance within a specific geographic territory.

Responsibilities:

- Analyzes and interpret new and existing regulations

- Advises operations teams on compliance strategies and implementation

- Maintains direct contact with regulatory agencies for clarification and guidance

- Monitors regulatory developments and assess operational impact

- Prepares and submit compliance documentation as required

- Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

Required: Bachelor’s degree and minimum two (2) years’ regulatory experience

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Energy Policy, Law, or related field. Minimum 2 year of experience in regulatory compliance or energy-related legal work.

Other Requirements:

- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
