Now Hiring: CIP Compliance Specialist II Location: KAMO Power Headquarters – Vinita, Oklahoma

KAMO Power is seeking a CIP Compliance Specialist II to join our team in Vinita, Oklahoma. This position plays a key role in assisting with the development and implementation of KAMO’s NERC CIP compliance program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer CIP compliance procedures, internal controls, and ensure regulatory alignment

- Conduct CIP intern audits, risk assessments, investigations, and mitigation planning

- Monitor updates to NERC CIP Reliability Standards and coordinate timely implementation

- Provide CIP compliance training and promote a culture of accountability across the organization

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field; an associate degree with relevant experience may be considered.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in at least one of the following fields: NERC CIP compliance and standards, general cybersecurity, operations, CIP regulatory compliance, auditing, policy development, SCADA, EMS, or other Operational Technology environment.

- General knowledge of compliance activities is required including NERC CIP standards, cybersecurity principles, cyber risk management, and CIP regulatory compliance practices.

- General knowledge of CIP compliance tools and risk assessment frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001 and TRIPwire or similar CIP compliance tracking tools.
