The Regulatory Analyst III is responsible for gathering, analyzing and coordinating company data for preparation and compilation of reports and filings to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The ability to interpret company partners' needs, translate and communicate obscure regulatory requirements to internal, cross-discipline groups and work in a team environment are keys to success in this role!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
, Gathers and performs analysis of data related to rate filings, past and future cost of service, etc. May perform economic studies, certificate and tariff filings with regulatory agencies. Prepares feasibility studies to determine impact of long-term projects. Performs extensive reports related to allocations issues. Performs extensive regulatory analysis. Must have extensive knowledge of FERC regulatory process. Works under minimal supervision, performs wide spectrum of moderately difficult assignments requiring alternative analysis, innovation and judgment. Has strong internal and external network.
