Job Summary:
The Regulatory Analyst supports SCANA Energy’s regulatory strategy by monitoring regulatory developments, preparing filings, analyzing PSC dockets, and providing actionable insights to internal and external teams. This role assists the Manager, Regulatory Affairs with development and execution of department procedures and policies for regulatory activities, such as handling customer complaints, understanding and applying Commission rules and law and navigating CRM.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Manager, Regulatory Affairs related to regulatory needs.
- Work with internal and external teams (PSC, AGL, etc) to ensure regulatory compliance
- Research, resolve, and track regulatory complaints.
- Assist Regulatory team with Notary needs.
Travel Requirements:
This position requires occasional travel within Georgia and potentially to Ohio or other states, as needed.

- Notary Certification for Georgia (can obtain)- 2+ years in regulated utility or energy sector
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as the Georgia PSC regulations and AGL systems.

Salary Range:
$65,840.00 - $105,340.00
- This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
