- Lead comprehensive business analysis efforts across regional operations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and strategic initiatives.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker to visualize key performance metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles following SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) principles, ensuring timely delivery within Agile frameworks.

- Design and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Talend for efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Perform complex data extraction, transformation (ETL), and analysis using SQL, R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and other scripting languages.

- Support data governance initiatives by integrating linked data sources and ensuring data quality standards are met.

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders through detailed documentation in Visio and clear presentation of findings.

- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with organizational goals through effective project management practices.

Experience

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst with a focus on regional or enterprise-wide projects.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar visualization tools for creating compelling dashboards.

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience managing projects within Agile environments.

- Demonstrated expertise in SDLC processes from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

- Proficiency in SQL programming for database querying; experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle databases preferred.

- Familiarity with ETL tools such as Talend or similar platforms for data integration tasks.

- Programming skills in R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), supporting advanced analytics and automation efforts.

- Knowledge of database design principles along with experience working with linked data sources for comprehensive analytics solutions.

- Ability to analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights using strong analysis skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $87,649.51 - $105,556.40 per year
