This is a full-time, on-site and remote role for a Regional Sales Representative located in the Baton Rouge area. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and delivering presentations to promote TFS products and services. The role also involves working closely with the internal team to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Sales and customer relationship management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of industrial products such as fittings, valves, and tubing, or willingness to learn about them
- Proficiency in market research and ability to identify opportunities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with strong organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
- A background or knowledge of industrial mechanical and instrumentation is preferred.
