Regional Sales Managerresponsible for driving profitable revenue and market share growth across assigned strategic and major accounts within the oil and gas market. This leader will develop and implement strategies focused on the unique customer requirements and competitive landscape in their geographic market space.

www.flotekind.com .- Develop regional sales strategic direction and go-to-market execution to achieve goals of increased sales, growth, and profit.
- Build a strong network across accounts and penetrate at the appropriate levels by connecting with key stakeholders that have influence.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with the customer base by continuously seeking new ways to drive efficiencies and providing
solutions-driven technical and application knowledge

- Negotiate quotations, terms and conditions and close
large contracts and projects
at the corporate, regional, or plant site level.
- Review and analyze market data to forecast and identify trends, effective lead-generation strategies, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business expansion.
- JP3 has an establish customer footprint that will assist in mining more opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to share relevant market information, product strategies, and customer insights with peers across the business for adoption in other markets or geographies.
- Attend tradeshows, association seminars, and networking events.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Chemistry

- 3+ years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily inmidstream and downstream
with a focus on
process analyzer experience
.
- Established Network within Oil & Gas Midstream and/or Downstream
- Understanding of
spectroscopy strongly preferred
.
- Experience in strategic sales planning and execution, and knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

: Remote with option to work in an office environment in Houston or Austin, TX
- Type
: Full-time
- Hours
: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday (frequent evening and weekend work may be required based on business needs)
- Travel
: Less than 70%
- This position has no supervisory responsibility.
