East Central Electric Cooperative is dedicated to delivering reliable and innovative energy services to our communities. As we continue to grow and modernize our operations, we’re seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Manager to oversee field operations, drive team performance, and ensure excellent service delivery across designated territories.

Position Overview

The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities across multiple service areas. This role involves leading field teams, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and member satisfaction. You’ll act as a key liaison between local operations and executive leadership, with the authority to make critical decisions that support the cooperative’s mission and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

•

Oversee field operations within assigned regions to ensure service excellence

•

Lead and support remote or on-site teams, ensuring goals and KPIs are met

•

Monitor compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and HR standards

•

Provide regular reports to senior leadership on performance and regional needs

•

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency

•

Conduct site visits to oversee field projects, maintenance, and member interactions

•

Build strong relationships with local stakeholders, contractors, and community partners

•

Assist in workforce planning, hiring, and team development

Required Qualifications

•

5+ years of experience in regional operations, field management, or utilities leadership

•

Demonstrated success managing teams across multiple locations or territories

•

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

•

Familiarity with utility operations, service coordination, and safety protocols

•

Ability to travel regionally as required

•

Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

•

Experience in electric cooperatives or utility sectors

•

Working knowledge of energy infrastructure, field technologies, or smart grid systems

•

PMP or other leadership certification a plus

Compensation & Benefits

•

Salary: $115,460 – $120,862 annually, based on experience

•
