Description:
A Regional Branch Manager role will have a wide scope of responsibilities that encompass a larger market area. Along with the Branch Manager duties, this role will include all aspects of conducting sales, safety, maintenance, customer service, employee scheduling, training, reviewing and extend support to other company needs.
REGIONAL BRANCH MANAGER IS A PROMOTED POSITION and will have a larger scope of responsibility inclusive of all Branch Manager functions with added duties including:
•Larger, More Diverse Market Area
•Larger Asset Responsibility
•Larger Leadership Role to Direct Employee Responsibilities
•Support to Assist Other Branches as Directed
•All Spare Company Vehicles and Excess Customer Tanks Under Regional Branch Manager Control

BULK STORAGE

•Paint coatings, rust, signage, decals, properly maintained.
•Supports for piping, pumps and hose.
•Domestic tanks blocked, accessible, properly stored and ready.
•Gates, fencing, locks, high state of security and functionality.
•Electric lighting, switches, conduit, outlets up to code and well maintained.
•Storage tank, manual valving, pneumatic valves, relief valves and Emergency Shutdown valves fully functional, code compliant and well maintained.
STRATEGICAL VISION
•Strategically looks to improve the service area.
•Assess how to better schedule customer needs:
•Clustering of unique accounts.
DELIVERY/ SERVICE
•Delivery/Service software integration.
•Bulk storage reloading points to effectively manage customer needs and company expenses.
•Maximize the use of Company Equipment.

TECHNOLOGY
•Must be up to date on all current technology the company is using.
•Must be open to and willing to learn new technology Lakes Gas Co is looking to implement.
•Must be able to teach managers under their region all technology in company use.
•Will be responsible for all technological devices in your region.
INVENTORY CONTROL
•Liquid propane accountability.
•Merchandise management; mark up and accountability.
•Company tanks/cylinder and equipment meets expectation.
•Customer lease of equipment.
•Tank/equipment asset performance (rent).
•Maintenance and care of all containers.
•Field maintenance, meet OEI compliance.
•Yard maintenance, meet OEI compliance.
•Tank/cylinder evacuation of pressurized gas.
•Yard counts accurate and consolidated.
•Stored as close to plant as possible.
