As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to oversee our civil surveying activities in the Florida area.

Job Description As the Regional Director for the survey industry, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of civil survey operations within the designated area. Leveraging your extensive background in heavy civil, commercial construction, land development and/or transportation. You will lead a team of surveyors to deliver accurate and timely survey deliverables for various construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include:

+ Recruit, train, and mentor surveyors to ensure a high-performing team. + Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to optimize team productivity and effectiveness. + Foster a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration among team members.

Project Management:

+ Oversee the planning and execution of surveying projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. + Coordinate with project managers, techs, drafters and designers to ensure project requirements and deliverables are on time. + Implement best practices and innovative techniques to enhance survey efficiency and accuracy.

Client Relations:

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the designated area, building and maintaining strong relationships. + Collaborate with clients to understand their surveying needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. + Address client concerns or issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Financial Management:

+ Manage budgetary responsibilities for survey operations, including resource allocation and cost control measures. + Identify opportunities for revenue growth and profitability enhancement through strategic planning and business development initiatives.

+ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies. + Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the accuracy and reliability of survey data. + Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
