We are looking to hire a skilled Recruiter/Seach Consultant or an individual with similar experience in sales or staffing...steel, metal and/or manufacturing/industrial recruiting experience is a plus... This is a full-cycle search consultant role...Duties include securing recruitment contracts with Metal companies in the US, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for talent acquisition...sourcing and screening of candidates for mainly managerial and executive positions within the steel/metals industry. In this role, you will identify and contact potential candidates, develop talent pipelines, conduct initial candidate screenings, and schedule interviews.
