About the Role

The ACRT Pacific Recruiter reports to the Recruiting Supervisor at ACRT Services. This position will play a key role in recruiting, selecting, and onboarding candidates for ACRT Pacific. The recruiter will support the ACRT Pacific HR Staff and the organization’s Operating subsidiaries to ensure staffing requirements are met in a timely manner . This position requires a high degree of interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail.

At ACRT Services we prefer in-person employee interaction and we rely on collaboration among groups to be successful and agile, which means we expect work in the office to continue as an important part of our company culture and a key to employee success. This position is a remote role.

Standard office equipment will be provided to work in the office and at home – a dedicated space at home to work is also required . Uninterrupted home-based internet is a must in your home to attend and host video calls, along with a minimum bandwidth speed of 20 mbps . If you do not have an in home office space or cannot meet the internet needs, an office space will be provided for you in the company’s local office.

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the ACRT Services salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to customer contact terms, location, experience, and performance. Other rewards may include Paid Time Off, 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match, ESOP contributions, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and other region-specific benefits as eligible.

Salary Range Transparency

For applicants residing in California , the salary range for this role is from $ $32.00 per hour to $ 36.00 per hour.
