The Role:
We’re looking for a driven, resourceful, and high-energy Solar Sales Recruiter who knows how to find and attract top-tier sales talent. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding solar sales professionals who can thrive in a performance-based environment. This is a high-impact role with lots of growth potential and room to shape the future of our sales organization.
What You’ll Do:
•Own the full-cycle recruiting process for solar sales roles—from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding
•Collaborate closely with sales leadership to understand hiring goals, team culture, and success profiles
•Develop creative strategies to attract top talent (outreach, social media, events, referrals, and more)
•Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
•Promote the company brand and opportunity through compelling messaging and candidate experience
•Track hiring metrics and continuously optimize the recruiting process for speed and quality
What You Bring:
•Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in sales, solar, or home services industries
•A strong understanding of what makes great salespeople tick—and how to find them
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you know how to build relationships fast
Self-motivated, organized, and resourceful—you don’t wait for leads, you create* them
•Familiarity with ATS tools, CRM platforms, and modern sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
•A passion for clean energy and a desire to make a real impact
