Industrial Recruiter Responsibilities:

•

Work with Recruiting Manager and Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs.

•

Develop and use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs, promotional events, job boards, social and professional networking, outreach, and diversity recruiting efforts.

•

Post job requisitions, identify qualified candidates, conduct phone screens and interviews and assisting in the selection of qualified candidates.

•

Marketing activities, building relationships with various community entities and educational facilities.

•

Provided timely follow up with managers on all recruiting activity.

•

Assists with on-boarding process and communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, etc.).

Industrial Recruiter Qualifications:

•

2 - 5 years’ experience recruiting in a variety of industries. Coal, Manufacturing Construction, Heavy Industrial or Energy related fields is a plus.

•

Telemarketing experience or experience with phone solicitation campaigns.

•

Experience in full cycle recruiting.

•

Experience with social media marketing and advertising.

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations.

•

Must be able to work with all different personality types.

•

Excellent problem solving skills.

•

Must be dependable and consistently at work on time with work schedule flexibility as required.

•

Ability to travel overnight when needed (limited amount).

•

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems ADP WFN preferred.

•

Experience with using MS Excel and Word products.

•
