The Opportunity:

We're seeking a Reclamation Agent to lead on-the-ground restoration efforts following oil, gas, and energy-related land use. If you’re passionate about land, sustainability, and making a visible difference, this role puts you at the forefront of environmental rehabilitation and stakeholder collaboration.

Your Mission:

✅ Design and execute customized reclamation plans for diverse terrains.

✅ Engage with landowners, environmental consultants, and government agencies to ensure regulatory alignment.

✅ Oversee contractors performing key activities like grading, reseeding, erosion control, and soil management.

✅ Monitor project milestones, track progress, and provide status updates to stakeholders.

✅ Maintain strong landowner relationships and represent Halo’s commitment to excellence and integrity.

✅ Stay ahead of environmental trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, Land Management, Natural Resources—or equivalent experience.

3+ years in land reclamation, environmental compliance, or related fields.

Working knowledge of pipeline construction and energy-sector practices.

Strong grasp of soil science, native vegetation, and erosion control techniques.

Ability to read permits, legal docs, and environmental regulations.

Top-notch communication skills for engaging with contractors, landowners, and agencies.

GIS and mapping experience? Bonus!

Valid driver’s license & flexibility to travel to project sites.
