Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate principles and regulations, with a focus on utility pipeline and electric projects. As an Agent, you will be responsible for guiding landowners into selling and buying land rights and real property for upcoming projects while ensuring compliance with regulations and real estate law. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate favorable terms will be crucial in achieving client satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities
•Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process, specifically for natural gas pipeline projects
•Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable outcomes.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, property regulations, and market trends.
•Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
•Travel to meet with landowners and discussed acquisition opportunities.
•Prepare and manage real estate administrative tasks including easement agreements, purchase contracts, and disclosures.
•Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, project managers, inspectors, and appraisers to facilitate smooth transactions.
•Utilize strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and understand their needs effectively.
•Stay informed about property management practices to assist clients in managing their investments.

Qualifications
•Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing
•Licensed Real Estate agent in Florida is preferred
•Proven experience in sales or customer service; experience in real estate is a plus.
•Experience with permanent easement and temporary construction easement acquisition utility projects (pipeline, electric, etc) is highly desirable
•Knowledge of real estate law and property regulations is required.
•Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
•Multilingual or bilingual abilities are reuired for engaging diverse landowners.
•Familiarity with property management principles is preferred.
•A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all tasks.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
