Receptionist – Lawn & Landscape Company
Location: Panama City, FL
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and professional individual with a passion for providing top-notch support in a fast-paced office environment? Join our growing team at a locally trusted lawn and landscape company as a Receptionist in our Panama City location!
Key Responsibilities:
•Answer phones, greet clients, and relay messages to team members
•Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
•Issue purchase orders (POs) to vendors and team members
•Enter receipts and manage incoming documentation
•Organize, file, and maintain office records
•Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 3 years of receptionist or administrative experience required
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage time effectively
•Professional and courteous demeanor with a positive attitude
•Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
(This experience will be considered when determining pay)
