Real Estate Project Manager - Empowering Clean Energy Innovation

Work collaboratively with our internal legal and development teams and have primary responsibility for the following:
- Order and manage title reports, commitments, proformas, mineral reports and ALTA surveys during the appropriate phase of the project cycle to ensure we are catching title issues early and can resolve them quickly.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with title companies, land service companies, and surveyors.
- Manage requests to title companies, land service companies, and surveyors to ensure a timeline has been established and is adhered to for all requests.
- Complete an initial review of title reports and flag any potential issues for our Real Estate Attorney to review.
- Project manage any necessary title curative work, working closely with our internal legal team to determine what the best path forward for each project will be.
- Work closely with our legal team to continually refine our title processes, prioritizing quality and efficiency.
- Track all necessary and outstanding title work needed on a per project basis and ensure that the legal team is prioritizing the appropriate projects.
- Track project schedules to ensure legal documents are being drafted and sent to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Work with our Real Estate Attorney to make sure all documents are reviewed and approved.
- Maintain and organize legal files for easy access and compliance.
- Coordinate delivery and receipt of site plans, permits, and other project development aspects from various departments in the company to complete title and survey tasks.
- Develop and refine workflows and processes, continuously improving operational efficiency across the business.
- Create and maintain an internal knowledge base or manual for administrative processes to support continuity and scalability.
- Proactively identify inefficiencies or gaps in current systems and suggest actionable improvements.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between departments to ensure smooth transitions for projects and initiatives.

- Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience. Experience with real estate transactions and/or solar development is a plus, ideally within a fast-paced or entrepreneurial environment.
- Skills: Expertise in written and verbal communication, and organization; proficiency with tools like Google Drive, Egnyte, and Smartsheet is a plus.
