Overview

Cenergy, LLC is looking for a QC Tech! They will be responsible for completion of documentation during the manufacturing process, utilizing both internal and external forms to track measurements and gather data. The QC Tech will also perform in-process and final inspections. Note: this position is currently based in Milton, WV but operations will be moving to Ashland, KY in the near future. Responsibilities

•

Utilize precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, to measure Gas Meter tubes after honing.

•

Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process to ensure adherence to customer and internal standards.

•

Create and maintain Weld and Heat maps for the extent of the project.

•

Maintain a set of Redline/As-Built markups for turn in at the end of the project.

•

Create Valve and Torque maps after the assembly process.

•

Adhere to customer specifications for inspection method or frequencies when required.

•

Follow all safety requirements

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in quality control or assurance within the Natural Gas industry.

•

Knowledge of Piping, Fittings, and Welding is preferred.

•

Experience with Bluebeam or Adobe software is preferred.

•

Fluent in reading and interpreting fabrication drawings.

•

Familiarity with measuring instruments.

•

Strong understanding of QA/QC principles and practices.

•

Knowledge of ASME BP&V as well as API 1104 Welding regulations is highly desirable.

•

Excellent attention to detail is critical and a technical mindset

•

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently based off the changing timelines.

•

Ability to multitask between project is vital.

•

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
