Quality Manager

D&L Foundry, a foundry located in Moses Lake, WA, is seeking a Quality Manager to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for overseeing the Quality program and will be heavily involved in our annual ISO audit. The ideal candidate would be someone with great written and verbal communication who has experience in lean manufacturing and experience training/teaching individuals and ISO audit experience. This is a heavy manufacturing environment. Manufacturing and metallurgy experience a plus.

Duties:

- Continuous Improvement activities

- Internal Auditing

- Quality System Training & Development

- Quality System Performance Reporting

- ISO Certification (Currently certified to ISO 9001:2015)

Skills Required:

- 4 year bachelor’s degree in a directly related field of study (i.e. quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, process engineering, industrial technology, etc) or 2 year associates degree and at least 3 years in a like position or Some college study and 5+ years experience in a like position

- Experience of ISO 9000 quality systems required

- Knowledge of 5S, Lean, Six Sigma

- Great written and communication skills

- Auditing experience

- Bilingual preferred

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
