HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
•Oversee and enforce the quality control processes for Form, Fit, and Function parts, ensuring that all parts are inspected and tested in accordance with specifications and customer requirements. This includes ensuring that parts meet all dimensional, functional, and performance requirements.
•Identify and address non-conformance issues by leading root cause analysis and corrective action planning. Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are tracked to closure and that lessons learned are incorporated into future projects.
•Manage and ensure compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system across all processes. Conduct internal audits, prepare for external audits, and lead the team in maintaining ISO certification.
•Ensure that all parts meet customer requirements and relevant industry regulations. Handle customer complaints related to quality, providing timely resolutions and maintaining positive customer relationships.
•Develop, implement, and continuously improve processes related to the inspection, testing, and release of parts.
•Maintain up-to-date records of quality metrics, inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions. Generate regular reports for senior management, highlighting quality performance, issues, and improvement initiatives.
•Manage and mentor a team of quality lead and inspectors. Provide training, feedback, and development opportunities to ensure the team is knowledgeable and aligned with quality goals and standards.
•Manage the Change Control Process to ensure revisions and changes are properly evaluated and documented.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management or a related field or equivalent.
•5 years’ experience in quality management in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
•Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems, including internal audits and documentation requirements.
•Strong understanding of quality tools and techniques, such as root cause analysis, FMEA, SPC, control charts, and corrective action processes.
•Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, driving quality improvements, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
•Ability to read drawings and prints.
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor Certification.
•Experience with CAD/CAM systems or advanced quality tools.
•Prior experience in high-precision industry.
•Experience in Acumatica.
