Ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle—from early design through full production.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers on quality initiatives.
Develop and implement quality plans, PFMEAs, and control plans.
Lead root cause investigations and corrective action processes.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and adherence to AS9100/DoD standards.
Oversee supplier quality, ECO implementation, RMAs, and process improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
4+ years in quality, manufacturing engineering, or operations for electromechanical systems.
Experience with aerospace/defense programs and AS9100 Rev D compliance.
Familiarity with IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD, MIL-STD-883, and manufacturing methods (soldering, welding, machining, plating, painting).
Hands-on experience with NPI, SPC, Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause/corrective action methods.
Proficiency with PLM, ERP, and engineering tools (Agile PLM, Oracle, SolidWorks, Jira, Jama).
