Pay: Hourly wage for this position ranges from $29-35, based on skill level and performance. The final rate will be determined after evaluating the candidate’s qualification, experience, and demonstrated abilities during the hiring process.
We are seeking an organized, motivated, and experienced Quality Control Manager Inspector to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control within a production facility, ensuring that products consistently meet established standards by implementing testing procedures, identifying defects, analyzing data, and working with teams to resolve quality issues, ultimately aiming to maintain high product quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Leading a team of quality inspectors conduct thorough inspections and testing of products at various stages of production, identifying any deviations from quality standards.
Collecting, analyzing quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and generate reports to communicate findings to management and relevant teams.
Investigating quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence, including process adjustments and training initiatives.
Monitoring and evaluating supplier quality performance, ensuring incoming materials meet specifications, and addressing quality issues with suppliers.
Managing a team of quality inspectors, assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring effective communication within the quality control department.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing quality initiatives, and promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement within the manufacturing facility.
1. Five or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience with computers and database input/ reporting.
3. Ability to prepare rejection reports and participate in process improvement initiatives.
4. Strong knowledge of inspection tools and equipment calibration processes.
