Quality Compliance Coordinator for a Metal Treating Co - Full time
1st shift Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30pm
The Quality Compliance Coordinator has a key role in our quality department, reporting directly to the Quality Manager, and is responsible for ensuring that the company follows the compliance requirements of its quality management system.
· Work closely with the quality manager to maintain the quality management system
· Prepare for external audits and customer audits
· Maintain quality documentation for clear and accessible review of the QMS
· Perform documentation review, process verification, and follow-up of corrective actions
· Support continuous improvement of the quality management system
· Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
· Review similar documents regularly without losing focus
· A minimum of 3 years’ direct experience with quality management systems
· A quality background in manufacturing or metal treating environments
· Familiarity with AS9100, Nadcap, and ISO 9001 standards
· Comfortable with repetitive tasks, maintain attention to detail
· Self-motivated and disciplined, work independently and manage time well without close supervision
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
