AMSOIL is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician
to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you’ll support daily quality operations by conducting inspections, performing floor audits, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with Quality standards. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement, and working collaboratively across teams.

This position reports onsite in Superior, Wisconsin. Key Responsibilities Quality Control & Inspections
- Inspect raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
- Perform daily floor audits to ensure procedures are followed and documentation is complete.
- Document and report non-conformances and defects.
- Follow up on issues and partner with teams to resolve them.
- Enter quality inspection data, defects, and product requirements accurately and on time.
- Maintain inspection records, test results, and corrective action documentation.
- Update work instructions and forms in alignment with Quality requirements.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with Quality (ISO 9001) and Environmental (ISO 14001) Management Systems.
- Participate in internal audits and support corrective actions.
- Identify improvement opportunities and suggest solutions.
- Stay informed on industry best practices in quality and environmental health and safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Entry-level to 1–2 years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or production.
- Experience with inspections, audits, or documentation management is a plus.
- Understanding of quality control principles and inspection methods.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), and ERP tools (e.g., JDEdwards).
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work safely on the production floor and maintain compliance with safety standards.

- Pay Range - $23.94 to $28.17 depending on experience
