The Quality Assurance Specialist at Agile Sourcing Partners, will be collaborate with the Director of Materials on site to ensure product is received, processed, inspected and shipped to Customers in a quality and timely manner. In addition, the Quality Assurance Specialist will support associated administrative functions associated with the commercialization of company product. This is a full-time position requiring the candidate to work on site in Ontario, California. Pay range for this position $22.00 - $25.00 dollars per hour.

- Ensure high integrity of alignment between physical counts and company ERP system records
- Maintain tracking files for all Customers serviced out of the Ontario location
- Receipt of goods both physically and systemically
- Create Purchase Orders and Sales Orders to external partners as requested by Director of Materials
- Reconcile any shipment errors or claims
- Support as directed Quality validations, providing guidance to front line QC individuals.
- Support monthly cycle count
- Support pressure testing operations
- Physically inspect materials, ensuring quality meets/exceeds documented standards
- Package materials into final inner/master box configuration
- Prepare items for shipment by boxing, labeling, and verifying quantities
- Create BOL’s and any other shipping documents required
- Build and wrap pallets
- Other duties as assigned
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Production/Warehouse environment. Preference given to individuals with experience in handling materials in the gas utility sector.
- Microsoft Office aptitude – Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, SX.e, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to comply with established safety protocols
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- High School Degree or GED equivalent required
- Ability to work a first shift schedule as required
- Strong written and spoken English capabilities
