We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager who brings more than compliance—you bring conviction. In this role, you will directly support the IKE Program leadership, taking full ownership of the development, implementation, and evolution of the project’s Quality Assurance Plan, as well as the supporting QA policies and operational processes.

You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with elite engineers and regulatory experts, moving fast, solving hard problems, and making decisions that have real-world consequences. If you're ready to lead at the edge of what's possible in nuclear technology, we want to talk.

Objectives:

Manage and mentor a team of quality analysts and QA/QC personnel across multiple Orano USA sites and business functions.
Develop, implement, and improve quality assurance programs that support nuclear facility operations, nuclear logistics, used fuel management, and engineering services.
Oversee internal audits, supplier quality assessments, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) programs.
Drive root cause analysis of non-conformances and incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolutions and documentation.
Collaborate with project managers, engineering leads, EH&S personnel, and regulatory affairs to integrate quality into all stages of project execution.
Develop quality metrics and reporting tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement across the organization.
Support readiness reviews, licensing applications, and customer or DOE/NRC audits as required.
Lead training initiatives to enhance organizational understanding and adherence to quality requirements and expectations.

Join Orano USA team to help meet current and future challenges to build the clean energy world of tomorrow. By joining Orano, you will be a part of a leading international player in the nuclear industry.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Analyst Manager to lead quality assurance operations across its U.S.-based nuclear fuel cycle activities. The successful candidate will ensure that Orano’s high standards for nuclear safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence are consistently met across all projects and business units. This role will involve managing a team of quality analysts, implementing rigorous QA frameworks, and supporting continuous improvement in alignment with NRC, DOE, and international nuclear safety standards.
