Objectives:
•Manage and mentor a team of quality analysts and QA/QC personnel across multiple Orano USA sites and business functions.
•Develop, implement, and improve quality assurance programs that support nuclear facility operations, nuclear logistics, used fuel management, and engineering services.
•Oversee internal audits, supplier quality assessments, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) programs.
•Drive root cause analysis of non-conformances and incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolutions and documentation.
•Collaborate with project managers, engineering leads, EH&S personnel, and regulatory affairs to integrate quality into all stages of project execution.
•Develop quality metrics and reporting tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement across the organization.
•Support readiness reviews, licensing applications, and customer or DOE/NRC audits as required.
