We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Clerk / Office Administrator to join our team. This role supports daily purchasing activities while helping maintain smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple administrative and procurement tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

- - Purchasing & procurement, support for reporting, maintaining licensing & registrations, general office administrative tasks.

Requirements

- - High School Diploma/GED required.

- Administrative experience

- Purchasing experience

- Able to reliably commute or live in Sioux Falls, SD

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- - Strong visual acuity.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Must have work experience with Microsoft Office & Excel.

- Sage Intacct software experience a plus but not required.

- BuildOPs software experience a plus but not required.

Schedule

- Monday-Friday 7:30-4:00
