- Welcome and assist passengers at arrivals and departures
- Guide guests through check-in, security, immigration, and boarding processes
- Assist with baggage handling and coordinate porter services when required
- Provide personalized service for VIPs, families, and corporate travelers
- Handle passenger inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with airlines, immigration, and airport staff for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with airport safety, security, and service standards
- Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in airport services, guest relations, or customer service- Strong communication skills
- Professional presentation and customer-first attitude
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
