Job Summary

The Project Support Specialist provides administrative support to the Director of Northern California and works with the engineering teams to serve as an active participant in project-related work activities. This is a hybrid position based out of our Sacramento, CA office with occasional travel to our San Ramon, CA office.

•

An entry-level administrator eager to begin their career with a growing company

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

•

Provides support to managers and project team members to identify and resolve concerns.

•

Assist Director with managing and coordinating office calendars, scheduling meetings and maintaining monthly expense reports.

•

Assists with the implementation of engineering only projects.

•

Handle travel arrangements and maintain travel profiles for the Transmission departments.

•

Update project data, adequately deliver information to various departments and perform any other project related task requested. i.e., copying, binding, and shipping project packages.

•

Plan and coordinate department meetings and schedule monthly training lunches.

•

Carry out administrative duties by collecting data, sorting, filing, preparing for new hires and any interdepartmental office moves, etc.

•

Maintain common office areas, ordering office supplies/equipment, building needs, and organizing employee workspaces.

•

Support new hire orientation days in the Sacramento office

•

Plans events

•

Manages office inventory
