JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: PROJECT MANAGERS (Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager)

LOCATION: Auburn Hills, MI

OBJECTIVE

The function of these positions is to manage project scheduling, project buyout, estimating, document control and management of self-perform teams and subcontractors in the Industrial and Heavy Commercial Markets. This could entail one large project at a time or several small to medium size projects at once. Project delivery methods may include Self-Perform, General Contracting or Construction Management.

Project size ranges:

APM: $500,000 - $15,000,000 USD

PM: $1,000,000 - $50,000,000 USD

SPM: $1,500,000 - $75,000,000 USD

May include some travel. Location varies from office to part-time office/jobsite to full time jobsite.
