Key responsibilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):
•Manage the design and technical development of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
•Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations.
•Prepare construction documents, including detailed plans and specifications.
•Develop accurate project cost estimates and timelines.
•Provide technical leadership and oversight to engineering and support teams.
•Coordinate activities across multiple engineering disciplines and CAD staff.
•Lead or assist with proposal writing and client engagement efforts.
•Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients throughout project delivery.
Required and desired skillsets, experience, and qualifications for this role:
•Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.
•At least 5 years of experience managing water, wastewater, or stormwater projects.
•Leadership skills, including managing teams and project priorities.
•A Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania is a plus.
•Project management certifications are helpful but not required.
•Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater systems.
•Good communication and organizational abilities.
•Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create Excel trackers, and be able to use Word and PowerPoint for reporting/presentations via Teams or in person.
