Key responsibilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):

•

Manage the design and technical development of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects from planning through construction.

•

Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations.

•

Prepare construction documents, including detailed plans and specifications.

•

Develop accurate project cost estimates and timelines.

•

Provide technical leadership and oversight to engineering and support teams.

•

Coordinate activities across multiple engineering disciplines and CAD staff.

•

Lead or assist with proposal writing and client engagement efforts.

•

Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients throughout project delivery.

Required and desired skillsets, experience, and qualifications for this role:

•

Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering.

•

At least 5 years of experience managing water, wastewater, or stormwater projects.

•

Leadership skills, including managing teams and project priorities.

•

A Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania is a plus.

•

Project management certifications are helpful but not required.

•

Strong technical knowledge of water and wastewater systems.

•

Good communication and organizational abilities.

•

Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create Excel trackers, and be able to use Word and PowerPoint for reporting/presentations via Teams or in person.
