Job Overview

We are General Contractor in Rockville, VA looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. Your role will involve coordinating project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities:

· Plan, coordinate, and supervise projects from start to finish

· Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans

· Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints

· Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel

· Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary

· Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Qualifications:

· Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

· Proficiency in project management software and tools

· Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
