Summary:
Power Contracting is seeking a Project Manager with experience in civil construction and power utility projects. This role oversees field execution, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with crews, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage civil and utility construction projects (e.g., substations, distribution, earthwork).
•Oversee scheduling, budgets, and field operations.
•Coordinate with estimators, foremen, and subcontractors.
•Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and compliance.
•Communicate project status with internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
•4+ years of experience in civil or utility construction (2+ years in a PM role).
•Degree in Construction Management preferred; experience may substitute.
•Strong skills in scheduling (MS Project/P6), budgeting, and project tracking.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore (or similar tools).
•Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
