We are seeking an experienced and capable Project Manager to sustain our reputation as a leader in the field. The successful candidate will possess proven abilities in developing comprehensive work plans and delivering projects through to completion.
Further requirements include strong budgeting and resource management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and communicate effectively is essential. Adaptability and continuous improvement are key attributes for this role.

- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of civil drawings and project site workflows. • Lead projects from initial requirements through deployment, managing schedules, scopes, budget estimates, implementation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Analyze project status and adjust scope, schedule, or budget when necessary to meet project requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for project status and updates. Responsibilities
- Establish and implement processes for managing project scope throughout the lifecycle, setting quality and performance benchmarks, and evaluating risks.
- Cultivate partnerships with third-party vendors and resources.
- Monitor and allocate resources to maximize project efficiency and deliverables.
- Report project outcomes and risks to management, escalating issues as needed per the project plan.
- Manage invoicing, billing processes, and receivables follow-up.
- Oversee budgets from project initiation through completion.
