We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Project Manager
to oversee multiple under-bridge utility installation projects. This role requires strong organizational, technical, and leadership skills, with an emphasis on field-based management and nationwide travel (approximately 5–7 days per month). The Project Manager will be based at our Redmond, OR office, reporting to a remote supervisor, and must be comfortable working independently with video-based communication and minimal direct oversight.

- Plan, schedule, and oversee project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and budget goals are consistently met.
- Manage 2–3 field crews (approximately 9–12 personnel total) across multiple job sites.
- Coordinate logistics, supply chain management, and procurement, including vendor negotiations and material tracking.
- Organize and maintain project documentation using Bluebeam, including RFIs, submittals, and construction drawings.
- Inspect project sites, coordinate staging and mobilization, and ensure site readiness.
- Maintain active communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, supporting updates and feedback loops.
- Lead project closeout activities, including delivery of final documentation and client handover.
- Respond to urgent, on-call project needs, including off-hours or weekend requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage field crews and subcontractors across multiple active projects.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam (must be able to independently create markups, RFIs, and manage submittals).
- Strong project management, supply chain, logistics, and expediting skills.
- Working knowledge of construction materials, site planning, and safety practices.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial tracking.
- Ability to work independently in Redmond, OR with remote supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in utility installation (telecommunications, power, sewer, or water).
- Background in custom home construction or project management for small contractors.
- Familiarity with labor law, timekeeping, and compliance processes.
