Senior Project Manager – Industrial & Environmental Projects

Location: Monterey County, CA Duration: 2-Year Assignment

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a major project at an industrial facility in Monterey County. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in industrial project management combined with experience in environmental compliance and site activities. This role requires leadership across scope, cost, schedule, safety, and regulatory requirements, ensuring the project is delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting

- Coordinate with contractors, site representatives, and project stakeholders

- Manage both industrial project activities and environmental considerations to maintain compliance

- Enforce safety standards and drive a strong safety culture on site

- Provide accurate reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication

- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Qualifications

- Senior-level Project Management experience in industrial facilities, power generation, or environmental projects

- Proven ability to manage scope, cost, and schedule on complex projects

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

- Familiarity with environmental regulations and industrial site operations

- Experience coordinating with multiple contractors and stakeholders

Pay: $135,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
