Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Job description:

H&H is a full-service General Contractor and has been building the community since 1967. We are seeking a Construction Estimator/ Project Manager to join our Commercial Sales Division.

Pay Rate is negotiable depending on experience level.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming leads from Commercial clients, Request for proposals from General Contractors, and Bid Invitations from Municipalities

- Provide clearly written, well qualified, proposals to all clients and contractors - Plan projects and prepare budgets and timelines for the work

- Review proposals, blueprints, and other documents to estimate the necessary resources for the implementation of a project

- Supervise commercial construction processes

- Negotiate contracts, secure building permits, and work both off and onsite to ensure the team stays on schedule and that they have adequate resources.

Qualifications:

- Ability to read blueprints or strong math aptitude

- Detail Oriented

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Reliable Transportation a must

- Strong Drive/Determination

- Team Player Additional responsibilities include:

- Ordering of all materials, provide detailed work order for installation department, preparation of any and all submittal information, and appropriate, on time, billing of all work including change orders
