Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

+ Five or more years in commercial construction project management + At least one year in a leadership or managerial role

+ Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) + Project management software (Procore or similar) + Accounting cost management software (Sage or similar) + Scheduling software (Microsoft Project or similar) + Adobe/Bluebeam

Skills:

+ Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities + Exceptional organization and attention to detail + Deep understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and regulations + Ability to motivate and lead teams in high-pressure environments + Knowledge of safety and quality standards (OSHA, building codes, etc.
