Project Field Coordinator

All Weather Contractors has an immediate opening for an hourly Project Field Coordinator in our Property Maintenance Special Projects group. We are a General Contractor specializing in managing all types of renovation, repair, facilities, and property maintenance needs for our multi-family housing customers. This hands-on field Coordinator plays an important role in helping the Project Managers and Superintendents accomplish tasks at various job sites daily in our company vehicle.

Job Duties:

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Overtime as needed, not guaranteed.

Experience:

Basic construction knowledge/terminology: 4 year (Preferred)

Prior experience in a similar role: 3 years (required)

Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Preferred)

Microsoft Outlook e-mail: 3 years (Preferred)

Bi-Lingual/Spanish: Preferred

License/Certification:

Current and valid Driver's license (Preferred)
