Position Overview: As a Project Coordinator you will oversee various underground utilities projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This involves close collaboration with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
•Work with Project Manager to develop, drive and implement project goals
•Track project accomplishments
•Actively communicate with superintendents and construction manager throughout project life cycle
•Manage project documentation, including contracts permits, dig tickets and change orders
•Ability to read and interpret blueprint plans and project specifications.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role, preferably in underground utilities construction.
•Data input in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word. PowerPoint)
•Auto CAD experience is a plus
•Ability to prioritize and multi-task
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and high attention to detail.
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
