What You’ve Accomplished

- Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

- At least 7 years of directly related experience.

- Advanced knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.

- Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships, work collaboratively within a team environment.

- Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.

- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.

- Strong analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills.

- Advanced level of specific software tools (CAD, FEA, CFD) and programming skills.

As a Project Engineering Supervisor in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Component Replacement & Repair Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

- May coordinate day-to-day operations of engineers and others who assist in completion of specific project assignments.

- Coordinates communication with other Framatome organizations and customers to resolve questions, plan, and coordinate work.

- Facilitates development of plans and cost improvement programs that allow the project to achieve its business objectives.

- Technical integration of engineering deliverables, such as specifications, technical position papers, and design reports as necessary.

- Knowledge of nuclear, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a drive for problem solving in a dynamic environment.

- Preparing detailed budgets and schedules in support of business development proposals and tracking contracted work scopes

- Enjoy working with a team of diverse personalities and able to ensure a reasonable work-life balance

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $112,000 - $152,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
