What You’ve Accomplished

- Completion of a Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable experience in lieu of degree

- At least 12 years of directly related experience

- Framatome LSS Black Belt Certification is preferred

- Technical expertise in nuclear plant maintenance

- Demonstrated leadership skills

- Ability to work well with all levels of staff and management

- Good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

You may have also acquired the following skills:

- At least 8 years of technical project experience is preferred

- Proficient with Microsoft Office software

- Advanced knowledge of related Framatome standards, practices, and techniques.

- Exceptional communication skills including the ability to comprehend and convey detailed technical information.

- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple workgroups, tasks, and projects through subordinates.

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Field Service Manager in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Component Repair & Replacement Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

- Planning and scheduling work for CR&R projects, managing workflow

- Evaluating projected workload and staffing levels

- Coordination with Resource Development, Engineering, Equipment, Project Managers, Business Development, and other Product Lines

- Managing the execution of technical processes, reviews progress, conducts periodic Project Status Meetings for upcoming outage season projects, and updates Product Line Manager and/or BU VP as needed

- Setting yearly objectives/goals for team members with a focus on leadership development, technical proficiency, and organizational goals.

- Development and adherence to budget for personnel and equipment cost centers.

- Supporting internal and external project readiness reviews and post outage critiques.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $130,000 - $176,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
