Position Overview
Our Project Coordinators play an essential role in aligning internal teams, managing project details, and supporting smooth communication between stakeholders. From day one, you’ll follow a structured growth path designed to build foundational project management experience while increasing your responsibility over time. Under the mentorship of experienced project managers, you’ll help organize project requirements, track deliverables, and ensure clients receive timely, accurate updates.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate project communications between internal teams and clients
- Help gather, organize, and track project requirements
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status updates
- Support project managers in monitoring deliverables and deadlines
- Assist in preparing client updates, reports, and meeting summaries
- Ensure project inputs and information are accurate and up to date
- Participate in team meetings and help identify risks, changes, or issues
- Learn project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Project Management, Engineering or related field
- 3 years of work experience in project coordination, administration, or client‑facing roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Familiarity with project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.) preferred
- Interest in pursuing CAPM or similar project management certifications preferred
- This role has a hybrid work arrangement in Maitland, FL.
