- Schedule Multiple crews on a daily basis with Assigned Department Supervisors/Superintendents
- Accurately Assess Priorities, making appropriate customer contacts to optimize productivity of field workers
- Updates daily crew schedules with supervisors/Superintendents and maintaining communication.
- Scheduling Locates, Locate Meets and Inspections.
- Processing and Assembling job Packets, Receiving and Initiating Work order Creation, verifying work, Submitting Permits with different municipalities.
- Maintains organization system of documents by having accurate Data entry and Record Keeping on a Master Spread Sheet
- Maintains updated Job Scheduling and job Completion records.
- Responds to inquiries from internal Departments regarding Billing, Time & Questions for Jobs.
- Maintains strong Work Ethic to ensure job completion
- Responsible for Timely communication with Customer & SPS Staff
- Data Entry using the computer / 10-key

- Recommended Industry Knowledge of Natural Gas & Oil Field Experience (Atmos)

- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required within two weeks of employment.
- Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
