Seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Energy Supply Strategic Projects Group, focusing on new wind farms, solar projects, repowers, and other major capital projects.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage project documentation, RFI submittals, and coordination for new build projects.
•Utilize a shared email inbox to track submissions and due dates.
•Monitor and route drawings to ensure timely approvals and responses.
•Prepare and package large-format printed documents for shipment to construction sites.
•Coordinate with project managers, lead engineers, and construction teams.
•Stay on top of deadlines and project schedules, ensuring no documentation falls through the cracks.
•Utilize MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, ProjectWise, Bluebeam, or Adobe Pro for document management and PDF modifications.
Work Environment & Team Culture
•Highly collaborative environment, working closely with a team of ~10 members per project.
•Hybrid role (Onsite Tuesday-Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday if work permits).

Required Qualifications
•2-4 years of experience in a construction project environment.
•Experience with RFI processing, document coordination, and project correspondence.
•Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
•Ability to take initiative and proactively support the team.
•High attention to detail to track project deadlines and submissions.
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, ProjectWise, Bluebeam, or Adobe Pro.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)
•Experience working with major construction companies in an administrative role.
•Business or construction management degree or relevant administrative certifications.
