The Project Coordinator for Engie's Site Services Projects team provides logistical support for Engie's utility open and close projects. From arranging utility services for new opens, closes, meter set up etc., this role is integral in our projects that involve hundreds or even thousands of accounts.
Support internal and external stakeholders. Assist and coordinate details for various deadline driven tasks.
Bachelor's Degree preferred in one of the following fields; business or a related field
Minimum 3 years relevant experience with project management or customer related experience required.
May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements
o Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
o Keen interest in working to improve overall team performance
o Ability to think outside of the box and solve problems
o Strong organization skills and ability to plan and accomplish goals within a deadline.
o Strong communication skills (written, oral and interpersonal across all levels – client, executive)
o Ability to manage time efficiently and manage multiple aspects of various projects.
o Ability and comfort to delegate tasks and manage the completion of said tasks.
o Customer Service, Presentation and Project Management skills/abilities
o Adequate working surface (can fit two monitors, a keyboard, mouse, and docking station)
o Heating, air conditioning and ventilation to create a comfortable environment
o Appropriate internet and bandwidth to conduct business

The target pay range for this role is $19.65-$33.24.
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Additional ENGIE benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off and annual bonus. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
