Support revenue and margin analysis, including identification of risks and opportunities.

Scheduling & Planning

Perform critical path analysis and identify schedule risks, advising Project Managers on mitigation strategies.

Support resource loading, manpower planning, and vessel utilization forecasting in coordination with Operations.

Ensure schedule alignment between client deliverables, subcontractor activities, and internal execution teams.

Contribute to continuous improvement of project controls processes, tools, templates, and reporting standards.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project controls, cost control, or project accounting, preferably within subsea services, offshore energy, oil and gas, marine construction, or EPC environments.

Demonstrated experience managing budgets, costs, revenue, and forecasts on complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
