The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting Contract Compliance (CC) engagements and CC Audit Planning activities by working closely with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret data-driven findings. In addition, this role will manage all invoicing activities related to CC engagements. Under the direction of CC management, the Project Coordinator will collect audit documentation and data required to prepare, review, and submit accurate invoices to the appropriate customer(s).
¨ Maintain various databases and schedules to support Contract Compliance Department
¨ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical compatibility, successful workflow, and customer satisfaction
¨ Set, continually manage, and communicate project expectations while delegating and tracking deliverables with team members and stakeholders
¨ Employ various computer applications and tools to execute data analysis assignments
¨ Support day-to-day audit projects by collaborating with audit operations team members to appropriately scope and optimize data quality
¨ Record, track, and oversee various data analytics activities across Contract Compliance department
¨ Track and process all projects with a sense of urgency to ensure timely completion of all assignments
¨ Manage billing duties for assigned department; work with accounting team to resolve any billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable issues
¨ Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices to customers on time
¨ Ensure billing is compliant with company policies and client agreements
¨ Coordinate completion of routine to complex projects, in support of the Contract Compliance team
¨ Provide other project management and administrative support services as requested
¨ Strong project/time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while coordinating multiple and changing priorities
¨ Ability to work under pressure, carry out urgent requests, and meet tight deadlines
¨ Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Must have a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and a minimum of two years of data analysis, business analysis, or directly related experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information from a variety of business process systems (e.g., Peoplesoft, SAP, Ariba, Oracle, etc.). Ability to clearly assemble audit guidelines and contract information in prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to senior management in client and supplier organizations.
Incumbent is also expected to demonstrate excellent Leadership qualities.
Requires no or limited traveling to conduct duties of position.
