Responsibilities

•Maintain organized project files, documentation, and records for easy access and reference.
•Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for project-related events.
•Provide clerical support including data entry, proofreading documents, and preparing reports.
•Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
•Support the team in tracking project progress and identifying any potential issues or delays.
•Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Proficient computer literacy, including experience with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
•Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written communications.
•Effective phone etiquette for professional interactions with clients and colleagues.
•Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
•Ability to manage calendars effectively, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings and appointments.
•Strong customer service skills to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
•Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
